Olive oil, I toast green onion cut to fit on toast.
Then I sprinkle mozzerella, I cover the pan in low heat until the cheese melts.
Green Onion toast completed!!!!!
Also try with sauteed onion~~ ^o^)/

Chop up well-fermented kimchi.
Add flour and egg.
Make Kimchi Puchimge(Pancake)

OH! Two tomatoes' starting to grow things!!!
With Some garlic and eggplants,
Eggplant pasta completed!! This cannot be done with fresh tomatoes.
Too hard....but I can try it again with fresh tomatoes.
I was even thinking going to my fruit stand
asking for "bad" tomatoes. -^_^;;;
